Steps to reproduce:
1. create any main score, create a part score on any part.
2. add a tempo text in the main score. Now you can see that tempo text in the part score too.
3. make this tempo text invisible in the main score. Now switch to part score, you should see the tempo text is still visible.

After you create a part, most items that are made invisible in the main score are not made invisible in the part, this includes tempo and all other text.
