3.0.4 Crash

• Mar 1, 2019 - 03:21

I just downloaded update 3.0.4, and when I open the program, it says "the previous session quit unexpectedly". It causes problems whenever I click anything after that. Yes, no, and the red dot all prompt the score selection menu, and that is what crashes it. I have tried many times with the same outcome. I am using Mac, if that has anything to do with it.

I'm having the same problem. For the last couple of months - since the last update - when I quit Musescore, it says "the previous session quit unexpectedly." But since I updated to 3.0.4, I can't even open the program. I immediately get the quit unexpectedly message. Help!

I also just downloaded Mac update 3.0.4 via the automatic downloader. When launched, I get the same dialog "the previous session quit unexpectedly" as the OP. When I click the restart button, it tries to restart with a collapsed set of windows, and immediately crashes with the same "the previous session quit unexpectedly" dialog. Deleting and reinstalling does not help, nor does a reboot. 3.0.4 appears to be fatally broken on Mac under Mojave 10.14.3. System: iMac Retina 5k. Fully patched.

Attached is a sample of the crash dump that AOS wants to send to Apple. This is totally repeatable.
