Part score doesn't update correctly when changing instrument in main score

With the newest release version 3.0.4.5763, the steps to reproduce the problem:
1. open musescore with the default untitled socre (just close start center). Now the default instrument is piano.
2. change the key to one #, write notes G4, A4, B4, C5.
3. Create part score, just simply use 'new all' to create.
4. In the main score, change the instrument to Bb clarinet.
5. Now look at the part score, First problem happened :the third note (B4 in concert pitch, C# in written pitch) shows octave low.
6. click 'Concert Pitch' button in the toolbar, key signature doen't change. checking the staff/part properties in the part score tab, showing the instrument doesnt' change.
7. Save and close the file and reopen again. In the part score, problem in step 5 is still there. click 'Concert Pitch' button again, neither key signature nor the notes change.
