Changing the Global and Actual Value of a Time Signature
I am trying to write a piece originally in cut time, but it changes to 3/2 time. In the time signature window, I can change the text of the time signature, but cannot change the global or actual value. This leads to my 3/2 being under the global and actual value of 3/4. I need to put whole notes and half notes into my measures, but due to the unchangeable and grayed-out global and actual values, I cannot create the pattern of notes that I need. Is there a way to change the values so my notation is correct?

You need to create a new time signature using shift+T rather than right clicking the existing time signature. You can then create the 3/2 time signature.

That worked, thank you!
