Guitar TAB: How to score this effect

I am tabbing a score based on a video performance and in 1 bar there is a fast pull-off/hammer-on effect. I have extracted this bar into the attached score and although it sounds correct it looks a bit ugly the way I have scored it. Is there a better way to achieve this?

The effect happens from beat 3 where the 1st string plays frets: 7 - 5- 7 - 5.

Incidentally, the first fret-7 of this beat and the first fret-5 are both 32nd notes, (as shown when clicking on each in turn), but one has 3 tails and the other only 2 tails. Is this correct?
