Can't Create New Pieces or Open Some Windows
Whenever I try to create a new score on Musescore3, no window / menu pops up and when I start clicking around it just plays the audio cue for when it wants you to make a selection within a specific menu. This also happens when I go to add instruments to existing pieces.

Ah I found that the issue when away when I reset the program back to factory settings!

Most likely the popup window somehow became hidden under the main window or was opened off-screen.
