MuseScore stopped replying to emails? Stealing my money?
So I did not want premium. I told MuseScore that I couldn’t sign in, and that’s why I couldn’t cancel my subscription, and they said it didn’t matter, and that it wasn’t my money anymore. I tried to sign in (which i screen recorded for proof), and sent it to MuseScore, and then they stopped responding. The moment I have solid evidence that it’s MuseScore’s fault, they stop contacting me, trying to get rid of me. It’s not my fault. I know my rights under the Fair Credit Billing Act. This is unacceptable. I want my money back, and MuseScore won’t even reply to an email, obviously because they know they’re wrong. This is so disappointing for MuseScore, to act this childish. Any way I can still get my $50 back? That’s not a small bit of money.
