"could not access network location _\."

So I have tried to install musescore 3 on my computer but for some reason it pops up with message that says:
"could not access network location _."

this message pops up when the downloading process gets to the stage called
"creating shortcuts"

any help would be lovely!

For those who are wondering I'm on
Windows 10 64bit OS - 4GB ram
