Repeat bars ignored
Repeat bars ||: and :||, and related '1' '2' sections are ignored after the playback cursor jumps from 'D.S. al Coda' to the 'S' mark. Is this normal?

Yes. Unless you tick the jumps' "play repeats" box in inspector
