Broken bar lines

Does anyone know how to fix the repeated bar lines in the attached score? Every time I attempt to edit something they move around and get worse.

measures 48/49 are corrupt.
I selected the measure 47 and inserted a new one;
Edit / Delete Selected Measures and reinserted the notes.
I moved the 2/4 at the beginning of measure 48.
Check if all goes well
