deleting rests?

What do we click on to delete rests, notes etc?

To be clear, though: Ctrl+Delete is not normally what you'd ever want to do. It will delete the whole slice of time from the piece - leaving your measure with too few beats. if that's what you want, great, but if not, see my response in the other thread you started.
