Adding new staff to current instrument in Musescore 2

I am creating a diagram for an analytical presentation of a piece of music.

I currently have one staff for a piano bass line

I want to add another staff with a trebble staff to make it a 2 handed instrument

but I DON'T want it to appear at the beginning of the piece,

I want to have it appear only on the third system of music, after the page break, where the text says Chanson Epique.

How can I do this, without having a completely new set of piano staves appear at the very beginning of the page?
