Having Trouble With Tuplets

Hello!

I'm relatively new to this software and I'm having difficulty creating an odd tuplet ratio in one of my bars.
I'm trying to input 20 notes in the space of 7 quarter notes (20:7 relation) in this 7/4 Bar, but for some reason I keep hitting a wall. Please help!

You need to select the first rest in the measure and press ctrl+shift+delete to make it a measure rest rather than several rests. You can then make the measure rest a 20:7 tuplet.
