Allow system divders to be selectable and editable using Inspector
As with other score elements, it would be useful to be able to select system dividers to allow them to be individually repositioned and possibly made in visible on an individual basis.

Yep, #288390: Allow system divders to be selectable and editable using Inspector is an issue ;-)
