Measures per syster
I have 2 measures per system, need 3.
Format - stretch - decrease layout won't work.
Crtl - { won't work either.
Format - style won't either.
Any sugestions?

Maybe you can try with Format - Page Settings - Scaling box.
I would try it by changing the spacing of a measure:
Format→Style...→Measure
