Help: Grouping of Eighth-Notes

Hi there, I have a question regarding how to group eighth notes in Musescore. I have a piece in 2/4 time, and the vast majority of the measures have 4 eighth notes in them. I would like the 4 eighth notes to be grouped together (under one beam). However, the program keeps grouping the eighth notes in pairs of two. Any suggestions?
