This is a cool idea, but I suspect it would be a complex program to write. Perhaps a single instrument with a single sound? Even a piano playing multiple notes would very quickly become very complex.
Such experimental programs do exist, so by all means, feel free to try one out. They export MIDI and/or MusicXML, both of which MuseScore can import.
