Release notes for MuseScore 3.1
I don't know if it's language dependent or my software equipment...
Shouldn't there be a en?

Keeps taking me to a page not found

If your browser is blocking redirects, it may not go to the redirected page.
Or maybe:
If you set the default language in musescore-site to other than English, it may not find the page you want to go to. (I'm not sure about it; I don't know how to try it).

No, I start from the English site, FireFox 67 has the basic settings, no addons. As in other cases I add en and proceed. No problem ( to me) ;-)
Edit: Then I don't think there are translations into other languages...

It doesn't work, just tried it.
For my (few) needs I usually change the suffix like for example:
https://musescore.org/en/tracker
https://musescore.org/it/tracker
My point of view is that even the uninitiated should be able to obtain information and trace instructions with the greatest of ease. I am not allergic to the handbook and have learned a few tricks ;-)
