disappearing inspector
hello, my inspector has gone blank. Reinstall to factory settings did not change it. 
just looked at Notebooks inspector: also blank .

What should it show with no score element selected?
Also it seems undocked, won't be the case after a factory reset
Click anything that's not the "paper" and it won't be blank any more.
