problem opening musescore

hello i'm expecting problem
i have a pc with 1024x780 resoution,but when i open musescore , it just show up the "song opener "box and the sheet isn there.so i cant edit my song!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
i tried trobleshoot,it doesnt fix it!!!!!!!!!!!!!
help me
musescore 2 still work but i need the 3 verson
plese help
