Generated multi-measure rest mistakenly gets incorrect measure length upon resize of initial vertical frame

Same chart as https://musescore.org/en/node/290575 but now I'm looking at the tenor part, and when I resize the vertical frame (or even just drag the offset of a text element in the initial vertical frame), the 3-measure multi-measure rest at the start of the second system mistakenly gets a very low measure width, while subsequent measures aren't resized. I don't see a reason why the multi-measure rest should even resized, since that second system doesn't get or loose any measures.
