Please provide ability to set minimum note/rest fraction of quantization of midi files in MS. In MS 2 and 3.1, the greatest degree of quantization of an imported live midi file still leaves 128th notes and rests? I consider this a bug, but since I don't know the intention behind the midi quantization settings in MS, I am submitting this as a freature request. For live midi files, in order to make the imported midi readable by humans, I have to use another midi program to quantize before importing into MS. There needs to be greater control of quantization in MS to simplify notation of live midi files.

The below image shows quantization in MS set at 32nd note with "with is human performance" checked. (it doesn't look very quantized.):

BAIAO MIDI FILE QUANTIZED FIRST IN THE FREE "MIDIEDITOR" SOFTWARE (https://www.midieditor.org/). Quantization fraction was set to 32nd note. In my opinion, MS should allow this degree of quantization natively.
