That Score is Unavailable

I was invited to edit a group of scores by the owner, but no matter what score I try to download, and no matter what type of download I try, I get a "That score is not available" message. Running Chrome. Musescore supprt gives me stock answers and suggestions but no help.

Any suggestions appreciated
