Unable to use ipencil as get message saying handwriting not available in this app ?

I have paid for the handwriting available in Notion to use with my ipen but although I have paid for this service I am unable to use it as it says not available in this app. What have I done ? I have checked payment etc but will not let me download that service. Please help

Are you talking about the MuseScore mobil app for iOS? If so, this here is not the right place, go to https://musescore.com/groups/musescore-ios/

I suspect you are not talking about MuseScore at all Notion is an entirely unrelated product. You will need to go to their web site to report a problem with their product.
