Score Recovery

After working on a score last night, I attempted to start working on it again. I have already done some troubleshooting attempts:

I have looked for a recovery file (.filename.mscz,) however one was not found. I have hidden files made visible.

I also checked for a last saved version. The most I have at present is the presumed-corrupt file, and an audio file.

I'm not sure how exactly to use the archive method of score recovery/fixing. I am on the latest version of Musescore 3 (June 28th, 2019)

My score is attached. If anyone can fix it or offer alternative methods, it would be greatly appreciated.
