Implying other rhythms/time values over other notated rhytms?
So recently I was interested in passing a composition to musescore, but im not sure how to notate the left hand for it. In the genre that im composing in many occasions the left hand is written in a certain way to ease reading it and for presentation, but the rhythm is expected to be preformed in another way. Any tips or plugins to achieve this?

How do your musicians know that it should be played in a different rhythm than notated? That, to me, seems hardly "ease of notation"..

I mean, the style of the composition is Puertorican Dance, and generally the left hand follows a strict “rhythm mode” in the main chorus sections used in almost every dance, though sometimes it can be a bit flexible

I think the least intrusive way is to mark the written notes as not playing using the inspector. Then write out the playback notation on a separate instrument and mark the instrument as hidden. If the rhythm is nearly constant, then use copy-paste or "R" functionality to quickly notate the rhythm; then use repitch note entry mode to adjust pitches.
The other option is to use the Piano Roll Editor and change the ontime/length of each notated note until it matches your desired playback rhythm

I agree the first picture is not easy to read. If you double the length it becomes simple. In 4/4, quater -eight eight etc etc. Of course I don't know your tempo

Another problem is that part of the format is strictly 2/4, I think what im going to do so other people know is put pictures both rhythms and put = in between so people know it is the same

Exactly what I was looking for! Though didn't understand how you completely hid the second staff hehe, but still, managed to fix my problem with Piano Roll Editor

Use menu item: Edit -> Instruments to toggle visibility:
