How to change time signature
I have notes that were converted from PDF. In the conversation, the time signature is incorrect. Can I impose a new time signature? I try to change it, but the software keeps saying 'Tuplets cannot cross barlines'.

Why did you attach a midi file? That doesn't really help because there are way too many options for converting it to MuseScore. Also, PDF get converted to MuseScore not midi.
But, it's true that you won't be able to change the time signature if there are tuplets that would end up crossing the barline. You'll need to delete those tuplets first, or if the problem you used to convert from PDF allows editing, maybe you can correct the time signature or the tuplets there.
