Reproduction is evident:
1) Use or create a custom workspace
2) Create a new palette
3) Drag any cell from one of the default palettes into the newly created palette
Result: the name attached to the cell found in the default palette is now empty.
Expectation: the name should be retained.
The keeping of the names is especially useful when the user relies on them to be displayed upon hovering while using customized palettes, e.g. chord names, key sigs, et cetera, when moving them around into multiple palettes for customization purposes.
Should be a simple code fix somewhere...
