Latest Version of Musescore (3.2.3) Won't Launch

Musescore freezes on the blue window that says "Musescore 3." I've tried waiting for it to launch for hours and it was still frozen. If i click on the window, a window will pop up saying that "Musescore isn't responding." The program will work fine if I do a factory reset, and from there I can switch to the MDL interface. But once I close the program, it won't start up again until I do another factory reset.
