Seperate these content between "<" and ">"

As is seen, these strings are with < and >, which are represented as < and > in this case. However lots of translators have found that once the strings have these symbols or these escape characters, the translation contents won't be applied successfully. I suggest the administrator can separate these contents between < and > then put them into the .ts file (?maybe) .
