Crash when trying to change Workspace from View Menu

I am using version 3.2.3.7635 and when I go to the VIEW menu and select a different Workspace the program crashes.

I found a workaround is to select the workspace change from the list at the bottom of the Palettes.

When I got the crash I also tried to send the crash report, but got an error about SSL Handshake Failed.
