Selection of slurs via keyboard
Did MS3 or somewhere along the way implement 'select next/nearest element(s)' over the past few years? Remember that it was brought up occasionally in the distant past. Mouse-free quick-editing while inputting notes seems like an important attribute to the program.

I believe Alt + arrows might be what you're looking for
Editing via keyboard only is indeed an important goal we continue to work towards. Alt+left/right are indeed the navigation commands we currently have in place that allow selecting of most elements via keyboard. There are some known bugs and limitations with this, many of which are addressed by a pending pull request I am very anxious to see merged: https://github.com/musescore/MuseScore/pull/5221.

Also of importance is the editing of the selection (esp. an element), which looks to be by default [ALT+SHIFT+E]
