I wish to commence a 4/4 quaver composition with the bar containing only the last 3 semi quavers and bar be un- numbered . After right click what do I enter in bar measure content and other options?

The actual duration is 3/8, and check the "Exclude from bar numbering" box. Or just specify the 3/8 pivkup when creating the score in the new score wizard.
