How do I make a group of beam over another one?

How do I make a group of beam over another one? Example attached. Help would be appreciated. Thank you.

Thank you so much! You answered me in about 10 minutes, and also made it quick an easy for me! I put the 2nd group in the 2nd voice with 'Ctrl+Alt+2', set the beam property of the rests to "Middle of beam". And boom.
