Was this score created in a recent build? If created in an older build, that might be the problem right there.
I tried recreating this from scratch - setting up a new score like yours, copying the parts in - and it works fine.

It was created in 6413e68.

In that case, it's the MIDI file we'd really need.

There used to be a known bug with importing MIDI and percussion parts not being imported as drumsets.
Not sure of the details - it looks as though it has not yet been fixed.

Confirmed; somehow the percussion staff is set up incorrectly I guess. I'll file an issue. Could be a bad MIDI file for all I know, but either way, worth logging.

It's got a good beat and you can dance to it.
BTW, if you don't follow the Issue Tracker - this was fixed. You'll probably need to re-import the MIDI file.
