Playback ignores dynamics

I am editing a score that was uploaded to Musescore APR 21, 2017.
I added some dynamics but on playback these dynamics has no effect. What should I do to get the desired effect?
I use Musescore version 3.2.3.
I attach the score
The dynamics I have added are in bar 19

If it's a score from musescore.com download the musescore file instead of the midi file.

Thanks - executing the instructions in node 277424 resolved the issue.

btw. The file that presented the problem was download as a musescore (not the MIDI) - it is however likely that the musescore file in question was created by importing a MIDI.
