Musescore Drumline Playback issues

I'm not sure if this problem is addressed or if I'm the only one with this specific issue. I absolutely am in love with the musescore drumline extension, but I have a slight problem.

It's easier to explain if I give a bit of a picture. On any score, any instrument that uses a MDL sfz will play rhythms incorrectly. For instance, if a marching snare plays straight sixteenth notes, it might only play every other note. This most commonly happens in tempos 160 or higher, and if there are many instruments playing at the same time.

It might be worth noting that I am using the most current version of musescore 3, and MDL.
