How to stop bars from stretching to fill the space at the end.
I can't use a frame, or the style settings, as it is a part break, and I don't know what to do about it...

Sorry, section break... I can use one becaue it isn´t at the end of the piece, look: https://musescore.com/taylorjones/op-1

You can apply a section break to the horizontal frame instead.
Actually that score doesn't have a section break (but probably should), it is a system break (and that too can get applied to frames)
