Failure to start MuseScore after build
I updated my build environment to use Qt 5.12.4. on Windows 10.
Build proceeds fine both from conmmand line and MSVC, but MuseScore cannot be started.
The error message is :
This application failed to start because no Qt platform plugin could be initialized.
Reinstalling the application may fix this problem.
Seems something is missing from the setup, but I cant figure out what it is.

Moving the MuseScore3.exe to the installtion folder in C:\Program Files\MuseScore3\bin makes it run OK.
Could it be a PATH setting that is missing?
Make sure you run/debug the build from the install directory after having built the install step.
