How to unsubscribe

I do not believe I am currently subscribed to musescore, but it says I have been for the past three months now. I am not sure if my card got charged or not because it stated in my emails that I was.
However, when I looked to find the unsubscribe button, I could not find any that would effectively cancel my subscription for the month. Can anyone help me on this?
