Random account
There is some random User7565 etc etc. account that got signed out of my computer and is charging me 49 dollars, how do i get back to this account and cancel the subscription. Also musescore support has not been helpful and I've already tried.

I think it's the only way. Here on .org there are no subscriptions, see: https://musescore.org/en/node/277874

Go to that link and click on the bell shaped icon at the top (next to 'Upload') and then click settings to access your account and subscription information. Maybe that will help.
