Error found in opening with file having Chinese characters in file name ( Version 3.2.3.7635),
When cricking on file by mouse, the museScore present with an error message as followed
<<< Cannot read file C:\Users\ xxxx\Documents\MuseScore3\Scores\12 ???_???? Sing Praises All You

The filename, directory name, or volume label syntax is incorrect. >>>
Software run on MS Windows 10 version May 2019 (64 bit).
However, there is no problem the version 2.

Same answer here (see above), it is a known issue. Good news (not known back then): it is fixed in MuseScore 3.5 Beta
