Feature request: add "get back selection"
Suppose you have selected a long series of non adjacent notes by ctrl + click
Then you click on one more note but your finger "forgets" to keep ctrl pressed.
Long selection lost :-(

Worth an official Suggestion to the issue tracker.
Note that as of 3.3, we do track your last selection, but only in terms of the single selection as in navigation. So, when navigating by keyboard - thus only one note selected at a time - if you lose the selection, the next press of the navigation keys Alt+Left/Right continue where you left off.
