Is it possible to raise or lower a section of music one octave, without having to each note individually?

Hi folks. Just wondering if it is possible to raise or lower a section of music by an octave, without having to move each note individually? I couldn't find anything in the manual that helps.\Thanks1

select the section of music (click the first note and shift+click the last) then press ctrl+ arrow key to move the notes an octave in that direction.
