Mute instruments in Mixer

I'm working on this piece of music. I've added percussion staffs and hidden them. I've used piano scores to match the percussion for HTML, and I'd like to mute them. The Mixer only shows the voices. It isn't showing them as available to mute. Is there a workaround? Am I missing something? Thanks!

Perhaps the Mixer window is too narrow, so...

OR...
Hover the mouse over the left edge of the Mixer window until it turns into a double arrow. Then drag it to make wider and expose the rest of the instruments.
