Independent size setting for ornaments and articulations.

Ornaments in Bravura are way too big at size 100%, but if I select 80%, that seems to me more apropriate, the size of articulations become too small (they are fine at 100%). If I must choose I'll keep the big ornaments, but it would be nice be able to adjust both settings independently.
