Upgrade AppImage after desktop integration... how?
Hi! Does anyone know how to upgrade an AppImage after desktop integration (i.e. installing)?
I want to upgrade from 3.2 to 3.3 and I suspect that if I just install 3.3 it will appear as a new entry and not replace 3.2. Then, I would have to remove 3.2 manually? Am I correct?
Is there an easier way?

I'm sure the results could vary by distribution but for me, updating from 3.3 to 3.3.2, it worked to just install again. The only thing that didn't update were some extra symbolic links that were created to give aliases to the appimage file, but the .desktop file doesn't require those aliases.
It does work to uninstall the old version first, just use the uninstall (or remove) option.
Thank you guys! I think I'll uninstall 3.2, as Mark suggests, before upgrading to 3.3.
