Rests
Hello,
How does one move rests around within a measure? In my case, I need to move a quarter rest and an eighth rest from the end of a measure to the beginning of the measure.

You don't move rests, you replace them with music. If you want what comes before the rests to come after the rests then select the notes and cut (ctrl+v), put the cursor at the beginning of the measure and press n 5 0 4 0 escape (to enter a 1/4 and 8th rest) put the cursor after these rests and paste (ctrl+v).
