No Sound in 3.0... 2.... is working
I have no playback sound or sound through the computer speaker as I write notes 3.0. I do computer keyboard and mouse entry. The "Playback" controls are even grey instead of Black.
My previous 2.... version work just fine.

open Edit->Preferences and the I/O tab and make sure you have an output selected.
And update to 3.3.2
