musescore 3.3.3, error on start
error on starting musescore:
Procedure Entry Point_configure_narrow_argv
could not be located in the dynamic link library
C:\program files\musescore3\QT5sql.dll
Operating system Win 8.1
X86 platform
Any help in resolving this issue would be greatly appreciated

I will try this, however where does this dll
and others in the api-ms-win-crt
reside in the program
about three versions prior of musescore
I got errors with reference to many of the
api-ms-win-crt dll's and found and downloaded
and installed

Go to the windows link that the issue shoichi linked to and it should install when you download it or give instructions, I think the former.

On the Windows side of this machine: nothing to do KERNEL32.dll!TryAcquireSRWLockExclusive
But it's already miraculous that the OS starts.
